Chef Pringle brings 13 years of experience from restaurant capitols San Francisco and New York City to db Bistro Moderne Miami, with most recent experience at Boulud’s Michelin starred Café Boulud New York. In San Francisco Pringle opened the acclaimed EPIC Roasthouse as Executive Sous Chef, located on the famed Embarcadero, and helmed the kitchen at the renowned AQUA as Executive Chef. Upon moving to New York City Pringle continued to work in top kitchens, serving as opening Chef de Cuisine at Chef Laurent Manrique’s Millesime and Executive Chef at David Burke Townhouse before joining the Daniel Boulud family at Café Boulud.
