David McMillan is co-owner and chef of restaurants Joe Beef, Liverpool House, and Vin Papillon. Born and raised in Quebec city. David has been holding court in many of Montreal's classic restaurants for over 25 years. He still practices the cuisine Bourgeoise he learned from his mentor Nicolas Jongleux, and from living in the Burgundy region of France. When David isn't at his restaurants, he can be found spending time at his country house in Barkmere, QC with his wife Julie and their 3 daughters.
